Blueoxygen Aroma Event is an application used to create Event Organizer. This application is designed to facilitate the event organizer to organize the event that will be held. The goal for the event organizer have documentatiob and recap of the events has ever made before and used as guidelines to make the next event

Aroma roles are:
1. Admin
2. Speaker
 
Aroma features are :
1. Form Registration
This form is used by the new member who want to register to this application, so they can make new event and organize the event that will be made
 
2. Event Organizer
This module is designed to add event organizer and change the existing event organizer profile.Beside that, this module also serves to add an event to be held
 
3. Material
This module is designed to add material and documenting all the documentation that needed like newsletter, silabus, attendance, slide and event news
 
4. Speaker
This module is used to add the name and the profile of speaker event, so the event organizer has the documentation and contact the speaker event. 
 
 
Blueoxygen Aroma Survey is an application used to create public survey management. This application is designed to facilitate the surveyor in conducting a survey to the public. Beside that, registered user can create the survey which later can be used by surveyor to take a conclusion of the existing survey
 
Aroma Survey roles are :
1. Admin
2. User
 
Aroma Survey features are :
1. Aroma Profile
This module is used to create survey that will be asked to the user. When create a question, user must choose the type of question. After choose the type of question, user will get a code to enter when follow the survey. But the survey creator must make questions that suitable with the survey that they choosen
 
2. Register Form
This module is used to create user that will be used to follow to survey or a surveyor. but users are already invited to take survey don't need to this form to follow the survey
 
3. Question Types
This module is used to choose type of question that will be used as a survey
 
4. Create Question
Question will be created after choosing the type of question
