BlueOxygen is an OpenSource solution center founded by Frans Thamura, in Sydney around 2001.

The first project is smiletown, to develop a kids solution, so all the kids will be happy to sleep, and the parent even still in the office overtime.

The project become Cimande, our core platform to develop anything on BlueOxygen.
